Christmas arrives at Bognor Hospital

The war memorial in Bognor Hospital is shown with a snowy Christmas tree in front of it with cheerful red and gold baubles, with two gold bells topping the tree. At teh base are decorative presents in red paper with silver bows.

Things are looking festive at Bognor Hospital!

The Hospital’s Christmas tree has arrived and has been placed in front of the War Memorial along with a few parcels, to bring a festive cheer to staff, patients and visitors.

Also, our much anticipated Christmas knitted items went on sale this morning at the Friend’s Tea Bar in Bognor War Memorial Hospital.

For sale this year are Christmas puddings, cheeky hedgehogs, and sweet robins too.  These are always very popular with our supporters, and all funds raised go directly to the Friends to benefit the staff and patients.  All sold out quickly with the exception of four robins, and we say a big THANK YOU to our knitters.

In addition, Marks and Spencer Foodhall in Bognor Regis has very kindly donated over £100 worth of goods which have been made into two hampers to be raffled off to benefit the Friends.  Tickets are on sale at the Friends Tea Bar, so do come along to buy your tickets and support our work.  Good luck!
